I emailed Bardin Davis yesterday and received a lengthy, detailed and personable response this afternoon.
I am unable to copy and paste as that would not be appropriate, but can relay the sentiments therein.

• There is no reason at all that would lead them to question the public comments made by the Tanzanian Minister of Minerals regarding our SML application.
• As well as recent Teesside publicity, they have also generated significant Australian and international press including articles in Mine Australia, The Times (UK), Mining Journal, Metal Bulletin, Mining Weekly, BusinessLive and African Mining Weekly in recent weeks.
• Can confirm that there is no Chinese threat to the SML that they are aware of.
• Neither Bardin nor any current Directors of the company have sold a single share in Peak and confirms any such sale would require ASX disclosure.

All looks to be tracking well
