I was thinking the same, it's an absolute disgrace.

The Takeover Panel can assist with securing minority shareholders rights. I saw them stop a delisting of a company and have ASIC change some rules on what percentage of a vote is needed to make corporate changes in some situations.

With the share price estimates they have been putting out, and this is with Shenghe support, selling off some of the company on the cheap, and this disgraceful capitail raising and how it continues to be handled, perhaps it is worth looking at various government agencies to see if they would take action.
