Not a lot to say about this other than what I have already said the very large amount of free options that management deemed appropriate last year.
$9.3m in share bonuses is a lot to stomach.
Paul gained 20.8m then... sold 2/3 of these to cover tax liabilities....
At least now, he is getting closer to have a substantial holding in the company, to better align his interests with mine.
That is about as positive as I can be on this....
