I think your confusing "nothing can be done" with "nothing to be done" or in other words, no announcements to be made. I'll keep saying it - There is no news worth announcing until plant is fully commissioned and operational and sales start rolling in. Be happy with the low price and buy more, or sell and stop complaining over complete unknowns you can do nothing about
