Sits on board of local and London based companies, including Arc Minerals , he’s no saint financially , with connections to offshore entities for tax purposes , but if there was ever a go to guy in Zambia to smooth out any emerging hassles in relation to PSC’s new copper interests in Zambia, he’s the guy. Stragically a very good appointment . He is a major player in Zambia , and has skin in the game with a decent allocation of PSC shares in the recent 85% acquisition of our copper play and an agreement to take up a further 5% in the future .
