I'm in NZ and have exercised listed oppies before.

Get your option conversion form from the company and at the same time request their bank account details including their SWIFT code or BSB reference, bank and branch address. You can then send the money via telegrpahic transfer using internet banking (and choose AUD or NZD). Make sure you elect for the sender to pay the TT charges otherwise the company won't receive full funds.

Some companies accept Bpay, but you will need to talk to your NZ bank about paying that way if it is an accepted method.

Looking for a small position here but wished there was more leverage on offer from the PTXOCs, so may take heads.
