Login to your ac at Automic share registry and go to the Documents tab.
Create an acc if you need to, ... or email [email protected] , identify yourself with your HIN and ask for the conversion form to be emailed to you. It will have a unique (to you) Bpay number. Use that to pay for all or as many conversion units as you want. I did my IMUOCs in stages for cashflow reasons, and will do the same for PTXOCs in good time for March 2023 expiry.
