It's weird whatever it is...
Some employee has exercised 50,000 shares at almost 37c?
If it was the company meeting redundancy obligations etc there wouldn't be a cash consideration as stated 'Yes' or am I wrong? The company would simply be issuing the shares with no cash consideration.
Looks as though an employee has bought at a 400% premium to on market prices?
Unless someone can explain different?
