MM until reading your post I was under the assumption that these were RH's options that he'd put into Dr SM (his spouse) name (possibly for tax reasons).
In the following link from 2018 it shows Dr SM as RH's spouse and holding 10mill options.
Just haven't seen her work linked to PYC before but happy to be corrected.
