If Marinella thought the SP was going up - say to $2.20 then the equation would look like this ...
$1,176,000 divided by $2.20 ... have to sell 534,545 shares to retain 1,865,455 heads
And so forth - if a higher SP expected - @ $2.50 Marinella would retain 1,929,600 heads
It's not clear cut in my view.
