What I don't understand, after 18 months of no traction, why was this the solution and why was it shortly thereafter shelved?



My previous assertion was that there was no interest in actively pursuing any trial using RC110 (despite the lack of interest in pursuing RC220 initially, ironic). I think this was a terrible position to take at that time - the board seemed to put all our eggs in Societal's basket. Turns out there was a huge gaping hole in that basket!

Therapeutic validation of FTO inhibition in RC110 effectively validates it in RC220, and we could have had that by now.

Whatever the case, if you personally agreed with this or not, this was obviously a board decision.

2022 AGM

The 2022 AGM board doesn't look too dissimilar to our current board.

You'll probably reiterate that there's been a pretty dramatic reshuffle since 2022 and that all our problems are behind us. Well, this board voted in the likes of DCB and Danny - it was this board that lost control.

I voted against the resolutions relating to Mary and Phil and I'm hoping our "board rejuvenation" has not yet concluded.
