I am not a member of the board and I resigned from the board in March. At the time I said: "I am very grateful to have been able to work with so many talented scientists and clinicians during my time at Race, but serious differences with some members of the Race Board have made my continued involvement untenable."

Those differences are resolved. We have an amazing opportunity ahead of us and rehashing the past is not going to help one patient or earn a return for any shareholder.

Pete and I have spent the last 2 days talking to sophisticated investors and brokers new to the Race story. The general feedback is most are more optimistic for biotech in 2024 and they can see the potential of the current Race strategy. Most importantly they all want to know more about Race which is all I can ask for from these meetings.
