in all seriousness, I can understand the questions about PL and MH … assuming they sided with the others to progress the now poor decisions and not support your recommendations when you were CSO and ED. I know you said we shouldn’t look back but only forward …. This is also a question on whether we have the optimal board members going forward (to make the most optimal decisions for us) and not for punishment for past decisions.
also, you should be MD and voting board member. We don’t want a situation in future where your recommends CEO are voted down by the board which you are not part of. We don’t want you having to write on HC 12 months from now that we could have done things better if only the board supported you.
