is it worthwhile giving Dr T a separate pie slice for his Bonus options holdings? Which he has committed to exercising no matter what the sp of RAC by expiry, and Race has already budgeted for receipt of these funds.

I calculate Dr T’s bonus options holding is 816,115 based on his holdings as reported in the Top 20 on the Annual Report. Dr T’s bonus options is 10.2% of total bonus options on issue.

Also, if memory serves me correctly, I think Dr T mentioned that Race only needs 75% of options (not sure if this is both bonus and piggy back options) to be exercised to have the programs they like funded. @Davisite please can you confirm my recollection, and is it 75% of bonus options and then 75% of the piggy back options (after only 75% of bonus options are exercised).

if 75% conversion for the bonus options is the actual minimum target for Race, if it is not too much trouble, would it be useful to have a second pie to track exercised options % versus the minimum target? This will show we are actually closer to the target goal.
