If everyone were to exercise early then we could commit to funding the trial earlier which would allow the upfront work to start sooner, but given the need to wait for RC220 the effect on the trial start date is not massive if the funds arrive in early June.
The timing of the bonus options is directly connected to the AML trial. We wanted to balance giving people as much time as possible to exercise with the need to ensure the AML trial would not be significantly delayed.
