I think the really smart investors will be holding tight you seen how the price can jump in just a small bit of time.
Also it does matter if management sell heads to convert maybe not the directors as they don't have that much so won't effect the SP but our CEO has around
16 mill shares so he needs around $600,000 for 800,000 shares. (I mean if he has no other option then fair enough)
But I'm sure he did say he was not planning on selling anything to convert.
And if he was then he would be not buying his $4.25 options with half his wage.
I think our CEO would of been smarter about it and of used his half wages for
the 6 months to converting the .75 options not the $4.25
But that's what you would not like to hear specially if your decision is to sell and hope we don't rise till you decide to re-enter.
