Dr.T has said they will be putting effort into educating everyone on how to exercise their options in due course, maybe there will be a catalyst for this to happen and maybe this catalyst will also be the point where everyone within RAC will exercise their options at the same time, this would send a very strong message.
Anyway just thinking out aloud.
