@easysell , whilst I like your idea we need someone with the maths skills to come up with an appropriate schedule. Considering RAC has always stated we only raise what we need, what would the option split look like, are we talking 1 option for every 50 shares or 100 shares. Are we likely to have the same issue as we currently have where shareholders have no idea what they have been gifted and don't convert.
I wouldn't mind the left overs going to an institution with the provision the shares were in escrow for 24 months.
