Hey Aus day,
If only 75% is raised now it means 25% of the preclinicals won't get started. This company has wasted so much time already. I'd say get all the money by whatever means and fund Ts plan "now" and not later, and sell the company for $30PS in two years time. But what do I know. These pre clinicals will add value and give a steady flow of news keeping the SP steady imo.
