Agreed... You state it very clearly with, no one should be given in the money options.
That would be extremely disappointing. No matter who they went to. Every holder has been given the chance to convert, if sophs, RAC employees or instos want more shares, they should pay market prices.
It would be in the best interests of all shareholders if the excess options lapsed.
