Come on everyone, the automic chestnut is getting so old now. Everyone has had ample opportunity to exercise these options and been given a plethora of information on how to navigate different circumstances. The amount of people that need spoon feeding here, how does one get through life. Take some initiative. SMH. It’s the system we have, it may not be perfect but it works, leaving it to the last minute isn’t anyone’s fault but their own. Not intended as a dig but the rubbish here is out of control, agree with EW just leave it to the company to decide what they do re shortfall, armchair experts take a break. Fund what we said we would do and get on with it, no more pivoting.
