To be fair though a whole bunch of SH's including me didn't receive the paperwork about the options from Automic. They have had my correct address since day dot. Chased up by phone and they couldn't work out whether they had or hadn't mailed them. Automic is not amazing. Luckily I mooch about HC and also have alerts on my Commsec account so that I knew they hadn't sent out docs.
