Well he cant exactly tell us its a sure thing. But going by the amount of shares Daniel owns and continues to buy, my bet is on he is very very confident in RACs future prospects. Considering he also knows more about Bisantrene than anyone on this planet, this is as much of a buy signal an insider can send without getting themselves in trouble.
