Not to get too caught up on particulars, but the certain someone you seem to be alluding to had been selling for 11 months prior to the existence of any $4.50 options.
The sitting chair (at the time) selling $1m worth of shares <1 month after the bonus options were awarded to participating shareholders on the other hand... Not only were shareholders thrown under the bus, it was JC driving it!
Anyway, onwards and upwards.
