MOF are in the business of making money for there stock holders, keeping the price suppressed is not in the best interest of stockholders. MOF may in the short term use these tactics to build a position, longer term they need to see the price rising so they can become top heavy and sell down their position for a profit and pay dividends. MOF's model relies on taking profit to pay dividends so not in there best interest. If anything their bots may counter the downward push of others.
