For anyone not wishing to increase their RAC exposure; If/when the piggies are listed, these holders will be able to just sell all of their tails, or fund conversion by selling a portion of the tails. Neither of these scenarios will reset the CGT clock on their current holding.
The piggies shouldn't really hold back an appreciating SP (other than the effect of dilution / fewer holders buying on market).
