With your boardroom account, can you easily update banking and payment details for your holdings?
I have an account that has three different investment accounts (my personal one, my wife's and my SMSF) and not one account shows the holdings linked properly or allows me to update the banking or payment details. Dealing with Boardroom or investerserve (same outfit) has been so frustrating! Their whole business is about connecting listed companies to shareholders and make payments/refunds easier and it's been a total fail! Had I known I was getting the full allocation from RDM I wouldn't have bothered dealing with them.
