My Shares show in Boardroom. I got the full amount. If you read the announcement about accepting 60 million shares, you could see they allowed only $30K worth as a maximum so anyone who applied for more than this was capped, and I suspect most of the scaling back was due to this. I'm not surprised many are saying they got the full number. I did apply at the low end though.
