One holder exercised 138,065,667 RDNOAs and 4,650,000 RDNOs for a total of $2.25million cash consideration which is now in our board's kitty.
Fair bit of cash for one holder to stump up directly after an AGM, which I would think is a sign of faith in our directors and plan ahead.
Based on June 30, only one holder held close to this number of options which is far less than has been converted, so either #1 has been accumulating a bit or someone else has accumulated on mass.
As result, there are now only 460mil RDNOAs (previously circa 600mil) and 45mil RDNs (previously 50mil) so the resulting MC calculation needs to be adjusted accordingly.
