SP performance is very disappointing. Yet the board gets rewarded handsomely. Every quarter results are bad, which is followed by a drop in SP. And the analysts then downgrade the stock. Waited years for McP approval. We are still below 2. Dividends slashed…excuses upon excuses by this board. And the board are holding hardly any shares. Probably you and me are holding more shares than the CEO. Does he care about SP? He get 3 million every year regardless of performance. Board meeting resolutions get passed unanimously with more than 90% of the votes. Just who are these people supporting this board?
