The board are not major shareholders. They could afford to be, they just choose not to be. I'm not even sure the Chair is a holder beyond what he's been given for free? If they felt like you did that there's huge value here they could wipe the lines right through to 1.4c between them and it wouldn't leave so much as a scuff mark to their considerable individual wealth. Perkins and King have bought on market at least, they have skin in the game.
