They gave themselves performance rights the other year as part of their remuneration, approved at an AGM by shareholders, and the terms of the performance rights have now been reached thus resulting them converting to fully paid shares.
I note the total number of shares on issue is incorrect, 1.5m shares added to the register but the announcement only lists an additional 500k shares.
