There you go being the eternal pessimist again!
I know I have been pessimistic about SPA/MWR in the past but that was the past. I now believe there is light at the end of the tunnel as to its brightness, that's another question.
If SC and his crew get this cash flow positive and the ARR continually increasing ,I think there is a very good chance all the options you talk of will be in the money.
