I maybe wrong in my assumption that this is related to the remaining shortfall as with further analysis re the directors commitment to shortfall. This 10,005,171 shares is just shy of the total in resolution 9 (carried)which tallies a remarkably close total of 10,005,151. Maybe typo or maybe they snuck in an extra 20 shares.
All the same the shortfall closes this coming Monday (27th Nov) so we should know for sure then.
