Because the capital raise by Motive will be within 12 months and is greater than $20M doesn’t the issuance price of the CN’s convert at the issue price of the Capital raise i.e. 31 cents (not 4-6cents or 15 cents). Therefore Waislitz and Perea have to pay the same for their Shares as Motive?
Just going back to the Jul 26th announcement and this is just how I read it (but happy to be corrected).
