Due to the disclosure obligations and the bad look it presents to the market, the shareholding of the directors is in effect escrowed in all but name.
However, in circumstances where AF holds circa 300m+ shares already, most of which has been held for a long time now, what material impact will having 4.5m shares subject to escrow when he has 300m+ that are already freely tradable?
