I think it's fair to assume that at the very least that 20 million sell was a soph investor from the current raise. That's roughly 11% of the 181k shares issued. I wouldn't be surprised to see other sophs waiting until the buy side at .01 builds up to the number they've acquired in the raise, then dump in one go (same as today). Best to get this churn happening now rather than later as there will be less resistance to a strong move on good news.
