Rio being a substantial holder also has to notify ASX of any changes to that substantial holding - UP OR DOWN.
There are so many possibles - top 20 hold almost 80% of shares - seller could be Chinese held under a fund listed in that top 20 who got pissed they were overlooked at opportunity to become the substantial partner - I have no doubts given their attraction for African investment in minerals they were in discussions at some level with SVM management - anyway hopefully it is over and fair value is to be restored soon in lead up and beyond PFS release. Perhaps why management and Srotty have been quiet - waiting for this divestment to occur.
