Something not often mentioned here (unknown or avoided?) is SOI.
5billion now as per Bubbles reconciliation above.
Something to take into consideration when some here are trying to suggest SYA SP should be similar to PLL - who have 1/4 the number of shares (tho admittedly, PLL will probably need to CR before they achieve their endgame).
