Can you see any potential downside with how the deal may be structured - Sayona does appear to have fought hard to get to this point - could that in itself have any negative fall back as to how markets may react and thus curb current exuberance.
Overall I assume markets are expecting a good deal and ensuing positive reaction - just my nature to look at different angles. As they say - the devil is in the detail(s).
