Seperate comment, but it must be said that 360 were pretty fortunate with the timing of the IAP transaction.
Quite likely that that the SP would have retreated 20-30% in line with the other Office REITs in 2022 if there were still on the register.
But perhaps this was wonderful execution as they are in a good position to swoop on the beaten up sector to do it all again.
Though it feels a touch lucky.. (TOT, far less so).
