Based on today's annoucement, here's what each director paid. It's worth noting at the point when they committed (May) it was a 18% discount on the pre trading halt share price which was 7.4c.
Tony Leibowitz - $250K
John Young - $50k
Neil Biddle - $200k
Valerie Hodgins - $50k
It's also worth noting that the directors have not sold (disposed) of any of their previously held shares yet either, so this is them topping up. Tony, John and Neil also all particpated in 2021 CR as well where they bought at 11c.
They currently hold:
Tony Leibowitz - 20,103,489 fully paid shares ($1,728,900 at today SP) plus 3m performance rights
John Young - 8,526,607 fully paid shares ($733,288 at today SP) plus 6m performance rights and 1.8m options
Neil Biddle - 14,742,467 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares ($1,267,852 at todays SP) plus 3m performance rights
Valerie Hodgins - Only what she acquired this CR.
So in summary, with this capital raise the diectors are continuing a trend of putting their money where their mouths are and betting on $TKM to deliver the goods in the long term rather than a short term money grab.
