I'm not disputing that to see the board members buying shares in the CR with a juicy discount in the company, which pays their very decent wages, is encouraging.
At 6c, EVERYONE would have partaken in this offer, hence only very few clients of the broker got rewarded with the new shares diluting existing retail holders
It's a shame that there were no shares offered to an average Joe, so we, too, could also be rewarded for our loyalty which pays the BOD's wages (remember that common sense logic commands that the publicly listed company directors must be loyal to the hand that feeds them)
In particular that Tony Leibowitz has spent $15k in travel costs lining up this "deal." I'm guessing that there must have been a good reason to travel to this particular CF firm
