270,000 shares issued at $1.19 for a private land access and acquisition agreement relating to Vittangi Graphite project. Escrowed for 12 months.

I wonder if this means things are moving with the exploitation concession permit - land allocation and acquisition is part of the process with the Mining Inspecrorate for the concession permit. The concession permit is also usually a pre-requisite for the environmental permit so I'm thinking we will hear some news on that between now and the court hearing.

Land can be allocated against the wishes of the landowner or right holder, but this is uncommon. The landowner is always the party who decides whether the land will have to be purchased, or whether compensation will merely be paid for the damage and intrusion resulting from the land use.
