Can confirm @SlimPickings6 Isn't trying to drive down SP or is commenting for nefarious reasons he's just saying things people don't want to hear, I know him personally and we talk about TMG frequently.
He himself has said the biggest problem here is land access and that given land access and a deal with the landholder this becomes a lot more enticing, you'd be a fool not to agree/see it as the major catalyst for this actually going anywhere.
