I'm glad that your only concern is someone's personal interpretation of 'massive dilution,' which seems different from mine. Maybe if we were talking about credit raising, I would say that's fair - it's not much dilution for the 'X' amount that was raised. But we are talking about a land acquisition, which costs shareholders 106,250,000 TMG shares for the two projects, plus a 'finder's fee' of 102,000,000 TMGOD shares. So, adding both together (unless you don't think that TMG will be above the exercise price of 3c by 30 June 2026), we get a total of 208,250,000 shares once exercised. Just remember, this deal was made back in September, so working it out based on the SOI at the time (from what i could quickly find), we get roughly 40% dilution if you factor in the exercised options. Without factoring in the TMG options, it's about 20% based on the 106,250,000. If you calculate it based on today's total SOI, you get around 13% which doesn't sound so bad.

Whichever way you want to spin it to make it sound like a good deal is up to you, though.

All the above percentages are rough estimates based on the SOI at the time so only use them as a rough guide.

    DYOR, NFA, and IMHO.
