actually re-reading the CR, the fees paid to GBA and Roth are not clear in the announcement. Previously these fees paid to GBA were 4-6% but are not specified in the recent CR announcement (unless I don't have my glasses on).
IF correct, perhaps both GBA and Roth opted for the 10c options as fee in entirety….?
