Completely agree Stealth. Hasn't traded in months, future depends on shareholders voting up a recap that for most will be incredibly value destructive, meanwhile the company is sending letters around to shareholders that basically says vote the recap up or your investment is toast (which for some may already be the case) yet at the same time delivering incentives to its chairman who's been there the whole time. I'm sure it's not been an easy few months trying to do this but that's not high performance. I'm also baffled as to why there hasn't been more noise about this....or has everyone written it off and busy crying into their beers.
