I was not sure but this confirms what I thought

"Shortfall shares of 1,279,969,917 are available to be placed within 3 months post the closing date of the Entitlement Offer,8 December 2022."

Of that total of short fall shares, 36,363,637 were applied for with the rights issue. So it seem possible that try can offer and issue those short fall shares to investors, including those that are not currently SH. That could be a way of financing the Smarts underground

Anyway, we are finally seeing a way forward even though at this stage there is a lot to be done before we see try mining and producing gold
