they've been paying partial salaries since earlier this year and paying the rest in shares to stretch the cash out.
that's actually what i thought this was
and yeap pretty much even with the 4 mil or so booked deals they might pull an extra 1-3 mil out of d523 sales before the end of next FY they'll still be short when accounting for cost of revenue if these JVs don't come through in the near term
